Shipping & Returns
Occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- UK Standard (up to 3 working days) - £5.00
- UK Next Day Delivery (order by 12pm Mon-Fri excl. bank holidays) - £8.00
- Europe (up to 7 working days) - £12.00
- International (up to 10 working days) - £20.00
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that all orders must be signed for.
Import regulations and duty
If you order for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange, please return it to us within 14 days. To arrange a return please email email@example.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
The product you return must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition with all the original packaging, including garment tags intact and not removed and hygiene stickers still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
To ensure return accuracy, remember to enclose a copy of your invoice or receipt with your return. Be sure to keep the original for your records. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post that requires a signature upon arrival and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or for a different style, please email or call to let us know so we can check availability. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it when the returned item arrives back with us. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error by us or is faulty. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted and will be returned to you
